Rick and Rachel Franks began leading a contemporary worship service at a local church in 2000. In May of 2008 they felt a calling and desire to share their gift of music with the world by performing christian rock and worship music. They left their church the following August to pursue this calling.
During their search for like-minded musicians, they were introduced to Brandon Henderson. Brandon had been leading worship at his church since June of 2002 and had played music with a few other bands, all of which helped form his passion for delivering the message through christian rock. These individuals' talents then combined to form a ministry that consumes their hearts and minds. They spend every minute possible pursuing this mission. Whether through writing, practicing, recording, performing, or promoting their music, Avail gives everything they have.
Some highlights of Avail's ministry include: opening for Lenny Leblanc and Siran Stacy during "Awaken '09" and being the featured artist for the WFIX 91.3FM 5th Quarter. Avail has also lead worship and performed at many other church events. Avail hopes you enjoy their music.
